MagiClick recently launched a mission-critical project for Turkey’s largest bank, Ziraat Bankası.

Code-named OPI (an acronym for Operational Innovation), the new set of web & mobile applications enables the bank’s commercial clients to easily manage and streamline their payment & collection processes.

To execute bank orders, commercial clients typically need to contact their branches or their designated relationship managers and deliver signed physical documents. By using OPI, they can now create orders by simply uploading photos of signed documents through the OPI mobile and web apps. After uploading the documents, OPI delivers the order to branches or HQ and will have the bank personnel process them. These remote orders can be created for a variety of transactions such as money transfer, utility payments, tax payments and foreign trade activities.

Clients can also perform diverse online bulk transactions by using pre-defined templates. They can perform thousands of electronic fund transfer transactions, utility, tax and salary payments online without interacting with the branch or HQ personnel.

Flexible authorization & approval cycle management modules allow company executives to create sub-users, delegate tasks and distribute responsibilities securely and easily.

The back-office module enables bank personnel to track and manage clients’ primary & sub-users and their permissions.

A microservice-based middleware developed by MagiClick orchestrates the web portal, mobile applications and the back office. This middleware is directly integrated into the bank's banking infrastructure for banking processes & core client data.

MagiClick developed the project with .NET Core on state-of-the-art micro-service architecture and used React for the web portal & back-office screens and ReactNative for the mobile application.

MagiClick was also responsible for the UX & UI design of all interfaces.
